What you will do
- Develop and validate tools, flows, and collaterals for standard cell library reliability.
- Optimize workflows focusing on electromigration, thermal effects, and voltage drop.
- Engage with vendors and foundries to establish tool requirements and development goals.
- Create comprehensive documentation for both customers and developers.
- Generate and validate collaterals across various usage scenarios.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience.
- Understanding of electromigration and thermal effects on transistors and interconnect.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be based in the United States to support the hybrid work model.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Unix and command line languages such as csh, bash, perl, or python.
