What you will do

• Design and implement deployment and orchestration workflows for distributed AI systems.
• Build data pipelines, observability tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.
• Integrate and evaluate agent frameworks and LLM-based systems.
• Develop tooling for model serving, benchmarking, and performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external framework engineers to improve evaluation platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related STEM field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in at least one language: Python, C++, TypeScript, Rust, or Go.
• Experience with Docker, Linux, REST APIs, and HTTP-based integrations.
• Knowledge of SQL (SQLite, PostgreSQL) for data querying.
• Experience with AI agents, LLMs, or modern AI infrastructure.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Familiarity with model serving tools like Ollama, llama.cpp, or vLLM.
• Skills in prompt engineering and LLM API integrations (e.g., Anthropic).
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Ansible, Terraform) or performance profiling.
• Contributions to open-source agent frameworks.
