What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize neuromorphic AI compilers and runtime environments.
• Develop tools and infrastructure for performance analysis, verification, debugging, and optimization.
• Integrate the software stack into external ecosystems, specifically robotics and edge AI frameworks.
• Collaborate with hardware and system architects to deliver scalable, high-performance software solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
• 3+ years of experience developing AI compilers or runtimes using frameworks like ONNX, IREE, OpenVINO, TVM, MLIR, or XLA.
• 3+ years of production software development in Python and C/C++, including performance-critical code.
• 3+ years of experience with AI/Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow.
• Experience with standard engineering practices, including profiling, benchmarking, and CI/CD.

Nice to have

• Postgraduate degree in a STEM field.
• Expertise in ROS2 or real-time systems.
• Experience with accelerator programming (CUDA, LLVM, OneAPI, OpenCL, SYCL).
• Experience with HW/SW co-design or agentic AI software engineering practices.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
