What you will do

• Develop competitive proposals and bid packages.
• Coordinate with project managers, electricians, vendors, and subcontractors for pricing and scope clarification.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and maintain databases of material pricing, labor rates, and historical costs.
• Track bid results, ensure compliance with NEC codes and standards, assist with change orders.
• Build relationships with builders, contractors, and suppliers.
