What you will do
- Propose new features based on data analysis, develop product roadmaps, and create ROI models for stakeholders.
- Analyze industry trends, benchmark against competitors in EdTech and L&D spaces.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and customers to resolve issues and uncover root needs.
- Manage feature lifecycle from discovery to delivery or deprecation, including post-mortems.
- Own Agile sprints, backlog grooming, and cross-team dependencies.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of product management experience in software/SaaS, with track record in roadmaps and ROI models.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum as product owner, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Strong project management for end-to-end delivery in fast-paced environment.
- Deep domain knowledge in EdTech, L&D, video infrastructure, or platform integrations.
- Analytical skills for data interpretation from pipeline metrics, user behavior, and trends.
- Excellent communication for stakeholder collaboration and issue resolution.
Nice to have
- Product discovery frameworks like JTBD, RICE, or Kano model.
- Experience with video/media platforms, LMS integrations (Canvas, Moodle), or enterprise SaaS metrics.
