What you will do

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project requirements
• Develop and track detailed project schedules against milestones
• Oversee budgets, cost controls, and change order management
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Lead project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects (e.g., office buildings, retail, healthcare, multifamily, or industrial)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with project management software
