What you will do

• Manage all phases of commercial electrical construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, and manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
• Track labor productivity and ensure efficient use of resources.

Requirements

• Strong background in commercial electrical construction.
• Experience leading and overseeing multiple projects from start to finish.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation.
