TL;DR
Customer Support Specialist: Manage client communications across phone and social media channels, handling inbound/outbound calls, messages, inquiries, service support, and escalations. Focus on responding promptly, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring positive customer experience across all touchpoints.
Location: Remote, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (40 hours per week)
What you will do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and social media inquiries
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and concerns
- Assist clients with service inquiries, scheduling, and general support
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
- Ensure a positive and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable handling phone and social media interactions
- Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of inquiries
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills
