Salary: $130,000 - $200,000 USD

What you will do

• Create technical content to educate customers and engineers on Postgres, MySQL, Vitess, Neki, and the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Represent the company by speaking at conferences and engineering events worldwide.
• Develop and refine comprehensive product documentation.
• Host livestreams and webinars to engage with the developer community.
• Travel between 20-50% of the time to connect with developers globally.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in engineering, solution architecture, technical education, or developer relations.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, specifically Postgres or MySQL.
• Proven ability to produce technical content such as blog posts, tutorials, or documentation.
• Experience delivering technical presentations or speaking at conferences.
• Willingness to travel 20-50% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vitess or other distributed database technologies.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and database scaling challenges.
• Previous experience working at a database or infrastructure company.
