Location: Greenville, NC. Relocation assistance where applicable, including travel and company-provided housing for the first 90 days.

What you will do

  • Own TikTok content strategy across all hirify.global ventures, driving growth, engagement, and storytelling impact.
  • Lead a nimble team for daily posting, trend adaptation, and creative output.
  • Build repeatable systems and playbooks for quality and consistency at scale.
  • Stay ahead of trends, sounds, and formats to position hirify.global at the forefront of TikTok culture.
  • Translate data into creative insights for posting cadence, content structure, and audience development.
  • Partner with YouTube Shorts, Instagram, production, and creative teams for aligned strategies and optimized content.
  • Experiment with new content types, creator collaborations, and community engagement tactics.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years running TikTok or short-form social channels for major creators, entertainment brands, or high-growth consumer brands.
  • Proven success scaling TikTok channels via creative innovation and analytical rigor.
  • Direct management of small, agile teams with ownership of performance metrics, reporting, and strategy.
  • Deep platform fluency in trends, editing styles, and algorithmic dynamics for organic reach.
  • Strong creative sensibility to identify high-performing content intuitively.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with production, creative, and social teams.
  • Maker’s mindset for quick ideation, production, and iteration in TikTok’s language.
  • Comfort in high-speed, feedback-rich environments valuing creativity and precision.
