Senior Customer Success Manager

Location: United States; remote role

Salary: $83,000–$112,050 gross annual salary

What you will do

• Own customer interactions, customer needs, and “Close the Loop” processes.
• Use Gainsight to ensure customer inputs are addressed.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Support, and other cross-functional teams.
• Build transparency and continual improvement in the customer experience.
• Mentor junior representatives and support the team with processes and questions.
• Recommend improvements to customer engagement business processes.

Requirements

• Six years of related customer support or customer engagement experience.
• Advanced knowledge of hirify.global products and services.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of customer needs, products, and operational processes.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Gainsight experience.
• Additional language skills.
