What you will do

• Translate complex digital ad specifications into visually compelling guides and menus for sales teams.
• Create client-facing materials outlining format possibilities, limitations, and required assets.
• Track and package emerging trends across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Snap.
• Maintain a centralized, polished library of sales decks, one-sheets, and case studies.
• Support operational handoff, asset traffic control, and contract administration for product placements.
• Build automation for repetitive tasks using Monday.com, Zapier, or custom scripts.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in sales support, ad operations, or ad tech.
• Deep understanding of digital ad specs, including aspect ratios, safe zones, and tracking.
• Ability to translate technical production requirements into clean visuals and straightforward language.
• Technical fluency across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram formats.
• Proficiency in Google Slides, Sheets, and Slack.
• Location: Ability to work from New York, NY.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Monday.com and Boostr.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Nielsen, Viewstats, and YouTube Data APIs.
• Experience using generative AI tools for visual mockups and administrative workflows.
