TL;DR

Product Manager, Digital Advertising Capabilities (Ad Tech): Overseeing integrations for ad measurement, identity, and privacy capabilities across NBCU endpoints with an accent on privacy-compliant audience targeting and measurement accuracy. Focus on designing scalable technical solutions for regulatory requirements and implementing AI-driven validation tools to monitor ad ecosystem quality.

Location: Hybrid (New York, NY) — requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.

Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Manage measurement coverage and accuracy across platforms, accounting for device and partner limitations.
  • Lead the implementation of privacy frameworks (COPPA, CCPA, GDPR, GPP, ATT) in partnership with Legal, Privacy, and Engineering.
  • Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear technical specifications for platform integrations.
  • Drive the development of AI-driven and automated validation solutions to proactively monitor measurement and identity capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve measurement discrepancies and reporting gaps across partners and platforms.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Ad Ops, and Ad Sales to deliver capabilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably within digital advertising or ad tech.
  • Strong understanding of digital ad serving, measurement (viewability, IVT, attribution), and identity signals.
  • Familiarity with privacy regulations (CCPA, GDPR, GPP, ATT, COPPA) and their impact on data usage and targeting.
  • Experience leveraging identity and user signals to enable privacy-compliant audience targeting.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into scalable product solutions.
  • Experience developing or leveraging AI-driven approaches to validate and monitor system quality.
