What you will do

• Execute the NPD process from ideation through end-of-life, focusing on scope, cost, and schedule.
• Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder interaction to ensure high-quality, on-time product launches.
• Identify program risks and develop comprehensive mitigation and contingency plans.
• Collaborate with commercial, design, marketing, and supply chain teams to align execution with business strategy.
• Present program updates and strategic recommendations to executive management and C-suite audiences.
• Maintain detailed program governance materials, including timelines and trackers.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Strong proficiency in AI tools and prompting (Claude, ChatGPT, CoPilot, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical, or business management.
• 1–3+ years of experience in product development or program management within the consumer goods industry.
• Proven ability to lead through influence without direct authority in matrixed organizations.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
