What you will do

• Design and develop safety-critical platform applications using C and C++14+.
• Create Python automation scripts and develop multithreaded applications.
• Work with middleware frameworks and interprocess communication stacks such as DDS and Zenoh.
• Manage the full software lifecycle including requirement gathering, architecture definition, unit testing, and code reviews.
• Assess and integrate new open-source technologies focusing on performance, security, and compatibility.
• Debug, test, and validate software on target hardware to support production deployment.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in advanced C or C++ programming for application development.
• Hands-on experience with Buildroot/Yocto, including recipe creation and layer management.
• Strong expertise in Embedded Linux and Linux kernel development.
• Proficiency with build systems like Bazel and CMake, and debugging tools like GDB.
• Deep understanding of RTOS and topic-based communication middleware (DDS, Zenoh, MQTT).
• Proficiency in network analysis using tcpdump and Wireshark, and familiarity with UDS standards (ISO-14229).

Nice to have

• Experience with POSIX systems, SafeRTOS, QNX, or VxWorks.
• Demonstrated track record of building, testing, and shipping production software.
• Experience in safety-critical development for Automotive, FDA, or FAA.
• Knowledge of networking, camera hardware, or NVME storage.
