Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 a year

What you will do

• Design end-to-end AV solutions focusing on large-format video walls, LED walls, LCD arrays, and multi-display setups.
• Develop detailed schematics, signal flow diagrams, rack elevations, and layouts using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
• Specify AV components including processors, controllers, displays, networking, mounts, cabling, and power.
• Perform calculations for pixel density, viewing distance, brightness, aspect ratios, heat loads, and electrical needs.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, project managers, and installation teams on designs, budgets, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Prepare BOMs, submittals, documentation, and conduct site assessments for feasibility.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in audiovisual system integration and video wall design for commercial, command & control, retail, corporate, or large-format environments.
• Proficiency with design tools like AutoCAD or Revit.
• Knowledge of industry standards: AVIXA, NEC, ADA, and manufacturer specs.
• Ability to interpret client requirements into technical designs and budgets.
• Experience with system commissioning, troubleshooting, and on-site assessments.
