What you will do

  • Own design, governance, and improvement of total rewards programs organization-wide
  • Lead annual compensation cycles including merit, bonus, and equity processes
  • Oversee benefits strategy, vendor management, and renewal negotiations
  • Conduct market benchmarking and analysis for competitive, equitable pay
  • Partner with Finance and HR on investment planning and cost modeling
  • Advise leaders on pay decisions, job architecture, and leveling
  • Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits regulations
  • Build transparent communications on total rewards

Requirements

  • 8+ years progressive experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards
  • Proven track record designing and managing enterprise-level compensation programs
  • Strong knowledge of pay equity, compensation regulations, and benefits compliance
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional alignment
  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Nice to have

  • Experience with global or multi-region programs
