What you will do

• Lead a team of data scientists, mentor juniors, and provide guidance on innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, engineers, and data teams to implement data-driven solutions.
• Assess client business needs and identify AI opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, or increase revenue.
• Design and implement statistical models, ML algorithms, predictive analytics, and agentic systems.
• Communicate technical insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop, deploy, and manage end-to-end machine learning pipelines ensuring data quality and stability.
• Stay current with advancements in data science, ML, and AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, PhD, or advanced training in applied mathematics, engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 6+ years in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.
• 4+ years hands-on with AWS for model deployment and compute management.
• 2+ years hands-on with IBM WatsonX.
• Experience with agentic AI tools like LangGraph, Google ADK or similar; advanced RAG and multi-agent systems.
• Strong programming in Python, R, C++, SQL; ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience leading data science teams and managing multiple projects.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.
