What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end development of generative AI solutions ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
  • Write, review, and optimize code for AI models, APIs, user interfaces, and backend services.
  • Mentor and provide technical direction to development teams fostering innovation.
  • Implement and fine-tune pretrained AI models within the watsonx framework on hirify.global Cloud.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, UX/UI designers, and product managers.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to ensure project alignment and continuous delivery.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid work in Kosice and Bratislava, Slovakia
  • Minimum 5+ years software development experience with leadership in development teams.
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI/ML solutions using hirify.global watsonx and hirify.global Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript and AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and databases.
  • English: B2 level or higher required

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with Granite, Mistral, and Llama 3 models.
