What you will do

• Own technically complex AI projects from conceptualization and architecture to production deployment.
• Set technical direction and ensure long-term solution maintainability for the engineering team.
• Lead and mentor junior and senior engineers to raise the overall technical bar.
• Contribute high-quality code to data processing, modeling, and deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate with clients to translate complex business challenges into clear technical roadmaps.
• Drive the adoption of modern ML best practices and state-of-the-art MLOps methodologies.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in machine learning or data science.
• Proficiency in Python and ML/DL frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience designing and deploying LLM-based applications, including RAG systems.
• Expertise in ML deployment and scalable architectures on AzureML, AWS, or GCP.
• Proven technical leadership and experience coaching teams to reach their full potential.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• French language skills.
• Certifications in Data/AI platforms like Databricks, Dataiku, or Snowflake.
