Staff Machine Learning Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Set technical direction and ensure architectural excellence and long-term maintainability.
• Lead and mentor junior and senior engineers while raising technical standards.
• Contribute hands-on code to data processing, modeling, and deployment pipelines.
• Partner with clients to translate business challenges into technical roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Drive modern machine learning practices across system design, modeling, and MLOps.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or related fields.
• Strong Python skills and expertise with machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
• Experience with deep learning, clustering, regression, classification, data visualization, and production ML pipelines.
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying LLM applications, including RAG systems, prompt engineering, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval pipelines.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux, REST APIs, microservices, scalable architectures, AzureML, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Dataiku, and Snowflake.
• Technical and project leadership, mentorship, team coaching, and strong communication skills. Fluent English required.
