TL;DR

Partner Account Manager (SaaS): Managing end-to-end partner processes to develop business in LATAM territory with an accent on recruiting, enabling partners, and creating long-term business plans. Focus on pipeline generation, sales forecasting, deal closure, and promoting products through partner ecosystem.

Location: Hybrid in Belgrano, CABA office (Buenos Aires, Argentina), requiring attendance at least twice a week. Sporadic travels and on-site visits to partners/clients.

What you will do

  • Manage full end-to-end processes for partners to grow business in your territory.
  • Recruit and enable new partners in the market.
  • Create and develop business plans for long-term partner relationships.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify and develop new opportunities and generate pipeline.
  • Support management forecasts, close deals, record sales activity, and track data using company tools, KPIs.
  • Encourage partners to adopt and promote hirify.global products and solutions.

Requirements

  • Advanced/bilingual English.
  • Experience in international sales and business development in partner ecosystems.
  • Solid understanding of channel landscape.
  • Ability to work with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Solutions selling experience, from end-customer industry scenarios to specific needs.
  • Motivated, practical, passionate for success.
