What you will do

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts like inventory, accruals, and prepaid expenses
• Handle cost and inventory accounting, ensuring accurate valuation and cost of goods sold
• Prepare financial reports, analyze variances, and support decision-making
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations for accurate inventory and production reporting
• Assist with audits, Accounts Payable/Receivable, General Ledger, and ERP system maintenance

Requirements

• 4–6 years of accounting experience, ideally in Food & Beverage or CPG
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA required
• Experience with inventory and cost accounting in CPG or manufacturing
• Familiarity with GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration

Nice to have

• Public accounting experience
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
