TL;DR
Lead UX Designer (Cybersecurity/AI): Own the UX strategy across a platform serving 10,000+ organizations designing workflows for security investigation, productivity analysis, and AI Governance with an accent on complex data-dense problem spaces and distinct personas. Focus on coaching designers through critiques and frameworks, translating signals into confident decisions, and building reusable UI components and interaction patterns.
Location: Remote worldwide (work from anywhere, open to hiring in just about every country)

What you will do
- Own UX strategy designing end-to-end workflows for multiple personas from security to AI governance.
- Coach designers via critiques, pairing, and frameworks to elevate team quality and consistency.
- Translate data-heavy problems into intuitive interfaces reducing cognitive load and friction.
- Build and evolve design system components ensuring coherence across configurable platform.
- Run usability testing, user interviews, and dogfooding to validate and inform roadmap.
- Partner with PMs and engineers to integrate UX principles throughout product development.
Requirements
- 10+ years UX design experience, ideally 3+ years in security, data-intensive, or B2B platforms.
- Strong portfolio of complex data workflows into intuitive experiences for expert users.
- Experience mentoring designers with actionable feedback and productive critiques.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools (Copilot, Claude, Midjourney) in daily design workflow.
- Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools for quick interactive prototypes.
- Systems thinking, information architecture, and strong communication skills.
Nice to have
- UX work in cybersecurity, analytics, or enterprise SaaS.
- Familiarity with investigation tools, dashboards, rule configuration.
