Senior UX Designer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid (3 days in the Tel Aviv office, 2 days work from home)

What you will do

• Collaborate directly with clients to understand business environments and 'jobs to be done' to refine product interfaces.
• Lead the UX team in creating user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and clickable prototypes.
• Support the Director of Product Design in roadmap creation, project planning, and prioritization.
• Drive UX adoption and process improvements through team workshops and skill-sharing.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, and QA to ensure UI consistency and meet product requirements.
• Expand and refine the visual language and company design system.

Requirements

• 6+ years of UX design experience for desktop, web, and mobile platforms.
• Proven experience in mentoring or leading UX designers.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, including auto-layout and interactive prototyping.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Tel Aviv office.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for enterprise cybersecurity software.
• Familiarity with UNIX, Linux, Windows, and Mac OS.
• Proficiency in Jira, Claude Design, or Adobe Creative Suite.
