TL;DR

Investment Banking Associate (Finance): Supporting M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions with an accent on complex financial modeling and deal execution. Location: Remote (Must align with U.S. client business hours)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models, including DCF, LBO, and merger models, and perform sensitivity testing.
• Manage the end-to-end due diligence process, coordinating data rooms and liaising with clients, lawyers, and consultants.
• Draft high-impact marketing and client materials such as CIMs, pitch books, teasers, and management presentations.
• Conduct industry and market research to identify strategic trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior bankers to execute live transactions and provide mentorship and review for analysts.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel (advanced financial modeling, VBA macros preferred) and PowerPoint.
• Strong command of valuation methodologies (DCF, LBO, comparables, precedent transactions).
• Experience using financial data tools such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, FactSet, or PitchBook.
• Ability to work according to U.S. client business hours.
• Exceptional communication skills and professional executive presence for client interactions.

Nice to have

• MBA, CFA, or CPA credentials.
• Proven experience in both buy-side and sell-side transaction execution.
• Exposure to multiple industries, such as tech, healthcare, real estate, or financial services.
• Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role for junior analysts.
