What you will do

• Perform monthly variance analysis to explain differences between actual and budgeted results.
• Calculate and administer complex variable compensation plans, including commissions and bonus accruals.
• Drive the development, enhancement, and maintenance of 3-statement financial models.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and multi-year plans for revenue, expense, and headcount.
• Support monthly closing processes in collaboration with the Accounting team.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance reporting efficiencies.

Requirements

• BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of quantitative analytical experience, ideally in FP&A, private equity, or investment banking.
• Excellent Excel skills with the ability to build detailed financial models.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
• Experience with SaaS or subscription billing models.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Netsuite (ERP), Adaptive (EPM), or Salesforce SPIFF platforms.
