What you will do

• Educate customers on testing services and recommend solutions based on technical requirements
• Provide guidance on test program setup, execution, and support throughout the lifecycle
• Review and interpret testing standards, specifications, and engineering drawings
• Maintain documentation of communications and activities
• Develop cost estimates and proposals; follow up on opportunities
• Conduct on-site tours and represent at trade shows and events

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or higher in science or technology-related discipline
• Minimum 3 years customer-facing experience with substantial written communication
• Ability to explain technical/scientific concepts to diverse audiences
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong English written/verbal skills and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of algebra and geometry
• Understanding of professional business communication

Nice to have

• 5+ years customer service or technical support experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in hard science (Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Materials Science, Engineering Technology)
• Experience in laboratory, testing, or manufacturing
• Familiarity with testing standards (ASTM, ISO, DIN)
