What you will do

• Manage a pipeline of active mortgage cases from submission through to completion.
• Conduct daily follow-ups to ensure no case remains unattended for more than 2 business days.
• Log and submit cases accurately on bank portals, including income, DBR, LTV, and required documentation.
• Review and verify various client income documents, including salary, bonuses, and self-employed financials.
• Respond to bank queries promptly and escalate stalled cases.
• Maintain real-time records within the CRM and ensure compliance with bank lending criteria.

Requirements

• Proven experience in mortgage operations, credit control, or home finance.
• Strong understanding of DBR calculations, LTV ratios, and credit assessment.
• Experience reviewing financial and income documentation.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Sheets, and professional email communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong follow-through mindset and accountability.
