Salary: $108,000 base

What you will do

• Deliver product training and clinical education to surgeons, staff, and new users
• Support live procedures for optimal OR workflow, setup, and troubleshooting
• Handle installations, software updates, and in-service field support
• Execute procedural scheduling and efficiency improvements for maximum case coverage
• Partner with sales to identify utilization growth and account retention opportunities
• Gather customer insights for Marketing and R&D to enhance products and programs
• Maintain case logs, documentation, and surgeon progression tracking in Salesforce

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years clinical experience preferred
• Strong interest in medical devices and robotics
• Able to travel 75% or greater
• Achieve clinical proficiency to cover cases independently within 60 days post-Aqua Academy training
