Location: Hybrid in Sydney (Office 2-3 days a week)

What you will do

  • Shape and execute long-term brand strategy grounded in consumer insights and business objectives.
  • Lead Australian creative campaigns to ensure messaging resonance and drive growth across all channels.
  • Partner with the Culinary team to launch menu innovations and optimize UX messaging for commercial success.
  • Coordinate quarterly brand campaign calendars and manage production budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Oversee the design of physical customer touchpoints, including box artwork and packaging.
  • Utilize AI-driven approaches and data analytics to run effective test-and-learn cycles for campaign optimization.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Sydney and available to work from the office 2-3 days per week.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in brand management within retail, grocery, consumer goods, or e-commerce.
  • Ability to adjust schedule for overlap with European teams (typically 1-2 evenings per week).
  • Working knowledge of AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) applied to marketing effectiveness.
  • Strong stakeholder management and verbal/written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience integrating AI into marketing workflows for insights, creative development, or testing.
  • Previous experience working with culinary or food-related brands.
  • Experience in a global business with a matrix organizational structure.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Marketing or Business Administration.
