Business Intelligence Analyst

Business Intelligence Analyst (Power BI/SQL): Support Revenue Operations, Finance, and Marketing through structured reporting, dashboard development, and data analysis with an accent on revenue, pipeline, and performance metrics. Focus on building Power BI dashboards, improving report performance, data modeling, and automating reporting processes.

What you will do

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for revenue, pipeline, and marketing performance reporting
• Improve report performance, usability, and maintain metric definitions/documentation
• Support data transformation using dbt and maintain data models for Power BI
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and automate recurring reporting processes
• Analyze pipeline trends, ACV, revenue performance, marketing funnels, and budget vs actuals
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis to RevOps, Finance, and Marketing teams

Requirements

• 1–3 years in BI, data analysis, or reporting
• Strong Power BI skills (DAX, relationships, measures)
• Solid SQL knowledge
• Experience with structured datasets
• Strong Excel skills
• High attention to detail

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud environments (Azure preferred)
• DBT
• Exposure to Salesforce data
• Python knowledge
• Understanding of revenue metrics (ACV, pipeline, forecasting)
