What you will do

• Lead and organize the digitalization team’s activities aligned with business objectives.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated database and reporting solutions integrating multiple data sources into Power BI datasets.
• Implement data governance and validation frameworks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical and visualization solutions.
• Mentor and develop team members fostering technical excellence and innovation.
• Drive creative solutions to overcome system limitations and improve data reliability.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Romania or able to work hybrid in Timisoara
• 3+ years experience in Power BI development or analytics, including leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI tools including DAX, Power Query, Dataflows, and Modeling.
• Experience with integrating diverse data sources such as CRM, ERP, HR, and financial systems.
• Understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and query optimization.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Salesforce CRM ecosystem tools.
