TL;DR

Data Analysis Specialist (Data Analytics): Analyzing large datasets and uncovering valuable trends to support Media Measurement Integrated Solutions with an accent on SQL, Python, and R scripting. Focus on data modeling, quality control, and providing actionable insights to drive decision-making for global and local teams.

Location: Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid: 7 office days per month).

Compensation: €1,200 – €1,500 monthly.

What you will do

• Analyze data for various products and studies, ranging from standard reports to custom requests.
• Develop and maintain SQL, R, and Python scripts for data processing.
• Manage large datasets from multiple sources while ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
• Prepare data for marketing analysis and report on key performance metrics.
• Provide subject matter expertise to internal clients and mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to process improvements to increase overall team efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Strong proficiency in SQL scripting.
• Experience with Python or R programming languages.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools like MS Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent level of English (written and spoken).
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
