What you will do

• Embed with teams to understand workflows and identify AI impact areas
• Co-build AI workflows, automations, and tools for teams to maintain
• Find automation opportunities in finance, legal, HR, media production, and consumer products
• Establish baselines, measure time saved, cost avoided, and quality improvements
• Run showcases and competitions to build organizational momentum
• Partner with People team on AI proficiency in hiring and performance
• Stay ahead of AI tooling and introduce external best practices

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building with modern AI tools (LLMs, agents, automations, internal tools) with examples
• Comfort with prompt engineering, data architecting, evaluation, and basic deployment
• Strong product and systems thinking for unfamiliar workflows
• Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Self-directed and resourceful problem-solving
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI with ongoing experimentation

Nice to have

• Background in developer relations, solutions engineering, or forward-deployed engineering
• Track record helping non-technical teams adopt tools
• Public presence in AI community (tutorials, talks, open source)
