• Build scalable and predictable growth engine end-to-end up to monetization
• Own growth-related product roadmap including onboarding, activation, conversion, trust, and growth loops
• Scale acquisition driven by product leverage rather than spend
• Elevate hirify.global as the #1 premium wealth brand in France
• Shape international growth and marketing playbook
• Build and lead world-class growth team across product and marketing

Requirements

• Head of Growth, VP Growth, Head of Marketing with product ownership, or CMO in B2C startup
• Owned product-led growth, not just acquisition
• Systems thinker operating in growth loops and funnels
• Data-driven with mastery of CAC, LTV, payback, cohort analysis
• Strategic clarity with hands-on execution
• Ability to recruit, lead, and inspire top talent
• AI-first mindset for experimentation and productivity

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or trust-heavy products
• Personal investing and resonance with mission
