What you will do

• Provide professional client service, managing requests, account maintenance, and articulating regulatory requirements.
• Review, process account documents, solve complex issues related to client accounts and transactions.
• Assist in crafting financial plans for clients and prospective clients.
• Develop and implement client communications, mailings, and events.
• Facilitate client fund and securities transfers, check issuance.
• Innovate and streamline processes, provide general administrative support.

Requirements

• Based in Sheridan, WY or able to work onsite there.
• Eager to grow in financial services; opportunity to complete SIE, Series 7, and Series 66/63/65 exams.
• High school graduate; post-secondary education or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook skills; desire to learn new technologies.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in math, ability to handle multiple priorities in deadline-driven environment.
