Base Salary: $41,600 - $57,125

What you will do

• Answer incoming calls on account info, contributions, withdrawals, changes, products, and taxes.
• Process financial transactions and explain past returns vs. economic environment per FINRA/SEC rules.
• Assist users with automated voice response and website for transactions/loans.
• Run disbursement quotes, respond to feedback, attend meetings/training.
• Handle overtime as needed.

Requirements

• Associate degree in business or related (preferred); or 1-2 years directly related experience without degree.
• 1 year customer service experience, preferably financial services.
• FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 required.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.
• Reliable high-speed wired internet; may need office if home setup inadequate.
