What you will do

  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas in the defined Minneapolis territory.
  • Develop sales plans with management and manage complex sales processes into new and existing hospitals.
  • Build clinical and administrative support via presentations, meetings, and events.
  • Identify key institutions, generate awareness, and drive Aquabeam System sales.
  • Maintain relationships with customers, KOLs, and internal teams; provide forecasts and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, CRM updates, and hospital credentialing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution.
  • Minimum 8 years in medical capital sales within Operating Room.
  • Experience selling disruptive surgical technology at a startup.
  • Strong local relationships in Minneapolis healthcare community.
  • Leadership skills demonstrated through professional performance.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%.
