What you will do

• Lead and facilitate kaizen events focused on labor productivity, layout, and material flow.
• Develop and deploy standard work across production and support areas.
• Train and coach operators, supervisors, and engineers on lean fundamentals.
• Support site-level strategy deployment and manage KPI systems.
• Sustain improvements through layered process audits and tiered accountability.
• Analyze process performance to identify and execute improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operations.
• 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing or operational excellence roles.
• Deep expertise in lean tools including standard work, takt time, and value stream mapping.
• Proven track record of leading formal kaizen events (5–10+ per year).
• Experience with Hoshin Kanri, X-matrix, and tiered management systems.
• Hands-on experience implementing lean in a shop-floor setting.

Nice to have

• Background working in structured CI environments such as Danaher, Parker Hannifin, or Fortive.
• Experience in high-mix, low-volume or complex manufacturing environments.
