What you will do

• Process emails and phone calls from branches to resolve issues.
• Open managed asset accounts in systems like SAM, MAC, UMA, MFP, Paragon, Russell, Choice based on program criteria.
• Process goal modifications and review documents for accuracy, notifying personnel of issues.
• Terminate accounts, review daily reports, and take actions.
• Coordinate client withdrawals/deposits involving trade generation.
• Act as liaison with overlay providers/third-party managers and update procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or three years related office experience.
• Strong written/verbal communication, attention to detail, customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles, math skills.
• Proficiency in PC, calculator, scanner, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Follow policies, maintain confidentiality, professional communication.
• Proactive work with clients, regular attendance.
