What you will do

• Lead strategic PR and communications programs producing superior client results
• Execute media outreach by building relationships with national, local, trade, social media, influencers, and thought-leaders
• Act as strategic advisor, facilitating client communications and developing media lists, pitches, press releases
• Develop thought leadership programs including speaking engagements and bylined articles
• Manage event planning and execution, including staffing client events
• Mentor team members and support internal tasks like hiring and business development

Requirements

• 7+ years professional experience in media outreach and PR with proven results; agency background preferred
• Ability to manage complex, fast-moving communications challenges
• Proficiency with AP Style writing and Cision
• Strong verbal, presentation, and communication skills
• Experience with social media marketing
• Bachelor's Degree in related field
