What you will do
- Rapidly respond to inbound leads within 5 minutes via phone and email, qualifying business needs for LIMS.
- Source outbound leads by researching accounts and identifying key players like lab managers and IT stakeholders.
- Book meetings for Account Executives with smooth handovers and accurate CRM updates.
- Meet monthly quotas for meetings and pipeline, providing weekly commits.
- Capture customer feedback on priorities and pain points for sales and marketing leadership.
- Leverage social media like LinkedIn to connect with prospects and advance deals.
Requirements
- US-based
- 1-2 years in lead qualification, SDR, or sales experience
- Native proficiency in written and spoken English
- Strong interpersonal skills for customer interactions
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot
- Proficiency with social media (LinkedIn) and AI tools
- Technical aptitude, curiosity, and a 4-year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
