What you will do

• Stand up affiliate partnerships as repeatable service for LLM visibility.
• Design playbooks for partner recruitment, onboarding, content partnerships, and performance management.
• Run initial client accounts, activate partners, and set up tracking/reporting workflows.
• Join sales calls to position affiliate partnerships as strategic distribution channel.
• Define success metrics for affiliate-driven LLM visibility across publishers, creators, marketplaces.
• Manage agency partnership program, recruit priority partners, collaborate with SEO/content/PR teams.
• Hire, manage team, establish reporting/QA frameworks tied to revenue and growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years in affiliate marketing, partnerships, growth, or distribution
• Proven history building channel from scratch (0 to 1)
• Strong operator instincts, hands-on execution before delegating
• Experience with publishers, creators, marketplaces ecosystems
• Comfortable in client-facing sales/strategy calls
• Clear communication to translate strategy into playbooks
• Deep interest in AI/LLMs changing discovery/distribution
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, work independently remote

Nice to have

• 2-3 years in agency/services environment
• Launching new service lines or scaling business units
• Performance-based partnerships, rev share, network platforms
• Affiliate platforms like PartnerStack, Impact.com
• Managing small teams in high-growth startup/enterprise (B2B/B2C)
