What you will do

• Create, review, and process customer invoices accurately and timely
• Manage full-cycle accounts receivable: post payments, apply cash, resolve discrepancies
• Process accounts payable invoices with proper coding, approvals, and timely payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and customer accounts
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and assist with collections
• Maintain accurate records in accounting systems and spreadsheets
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to AP/AR
• Respond to inquiries on invoices, payments, and account balances
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
