What you will do

• Engage directly with clients as a trusted advisor, managing expectations and relationships.
• Manage project scope, sequencing activities, team allocation, and ensure high-quality deliverables on time.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and work stream management to team members (1-3 people).
• Design and facilitate productive client and team meetings for brainstorming and problem-solving.
• Conduct research, interviews, and analysis to develop innovative insights and recommendations.
• Ensure team engagement, productivity, and support.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, project management, or philanthropy/nonprofit sector.
• Strong background engaging and advising senior-level clients.
• Knowledge of philanthropy and nonprofit sector with passion for social change.
• Experience applying equity and inclusion principles in analysis and strategies.
• Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills (quantitative/qualitative).
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint for creating compelling visuals and documents.
• Experience with primary/secondary research, interviews, and data gathering.
