Engineering Manager (Android/iOS): Lead two mobile app teams building customer-facing applications with end-to-end ownership of delivery, technical direction, and roadmap planning. What you will do

• Lead and grow engineering teams across customer-facing mobile apps, core platforms, and internal systems.
• Create inclusive environments enabling engineers to excel, grow careers, and own teams.
• Define engineering standards, technical direction, and best practices for scalable, reliable software.
• Partner with Product, Design, and stakeholders to build executable roadmaps from business goals.
• Drive full software lifecycle delivery balancing speed, quality, and sustainability.
• Coach engineers, support career development, hire diverse talent, and shape organizational culture.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills to align diverse audiences.
• Experience leading multiple software teams in product environments.
• Understanding of modern software architecture, processes, and quality practices.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into priorities and outcomes.
• Experience with AI tools for problem-solving under human oversight.
