Salary: $93,000 - $116,000 a year

What you will do
- Own product direction, discovery, and prioritization on a cross-functional team to create compelling customer experiences.
- Collaborate with Product Manager and stakeholders to align prioritization with company roadmap and provide development feedback.
- Create, maintain, and evolve the product roadmap while innovating in line with strategic priorities.
- Maintain and refine product backlog with user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization for maximum business value.
- Engage with customers, users, and teams to uncover needs, coach on Agile techniques, and track key value drivers.
- Facilitate alignment across product teams and foster continuous improvement and high performance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification
- 5-7 years relevant business experience; prior experience leading digital experience teams
- Expertise in Agile Product Management, stakeholder management, market/user research, and process design
- Expert in business requirements, Agile story writing, roadmaps, and product execution strategies
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft 365 (emphasis on CoPilot AI), user interface design, and large organizational initiatives
