What you will do

  • Research and design requirements and scope through epics, user stories, and diagrams.
  • Validate functionality and workflows to ensure customer problems are effectively solved.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer for the engineering team based on user personas.
  • Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to execute and prioritize the product roadmap.
  • Guide the scrum team in sprint activities, providing user stories and facilitating estimation.
  • Own the product backlog, managing day-to-day grooming and iteration planning.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of software product owner or business analyst experience in an Agile environment.
  • Experience leading scrum teams to bring B2B software features and bug fixes to market.
  • Proven ability to collect business, functional, and technical requirements from stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with technical architecture and mapping out data flow diagrams.
  • Working knowledge of JIRA.
  • Must be based in the United States.
