What you will do

• Conduct nutrition counseling and weight management education via telehealth channels.
• Provide medication management and support for obesity-related comorbidities under physician supervision.
• Engage in remote patient monitoring using devices like scales, BG meters, BP monitors, and ketone meters.
• Support dosing and titration of anti-obesity medications per protocols.
• Collaborate with team physicians and external providers for comprehensive patient care.
• Build rapport and use techniques like motivational interviewing to drive behavior change.
• Meet program metrics, maintain care standards, and complete documentation timely.

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Dietitian credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration; state licensure if required.
• Willingness to add state licenses as needed.
• Must live in the United States.
• Flexible schedule with minimum 20 hours per week commitment; cannot hold full-time employment elsewhere.
• HIPAA-friendly workspace with high-speed internet.
• Comfortable with advanced technology including electronic medical records and digital tools.
• Ability to adapt communication for diverse patients and incorporate feedback.
