What you will do

• Provide on-site clinical support during surgical procedures, ensuring correct product usage.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through a consultative, value-driven approach.
• Assess patient needs to recommend appropriate product and therapy solutions for case planning.
• Deliver product, therapy, and procedural training to physicians, nurses, and internal sales teams.
• Act as a clinical expert and trusted field resource to support the sales team.
• Monitor case outcomes and product performance to provide feedback to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in Portugal (ideally Lisbon or Porto).
• 2–3 years of experience in clinical support, medical devices, or healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, nursing, biomedical sciences, or a related field.
• Knowledge of neurovascular, peripheral, aortic, or cardiology anatomy, physiology, and pathology.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across the territory.

Nice to have

• Experience working in hospitals or Operating Rooms (OR).
• Fluency in Spanish.
